Industry leading Simena® Network Emulators are now available on NASA's SEWP III Government Wide Acquisition Vehicle

Reston, VA, March 7, 2005 -- Simena® today announced that all models of their industry leading Network Emulators are now featured Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) on the NASA Scientific & Engineering Workstation Procurement III contract vehicle (SEWP III) through one of its prime Vendors, iGov.

Providing the latest in Information Technology products and services, the NASA SEWP III contract is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract vehicle that offers a vast selection of advanced networking and software technology products and services to all Federal Agencies including Department of Defense and their authorized contractors.

Simena Network Emulators enable software developers and network engineers to determine how their product or service would perform under various network conditions such as bandwidth, latency, jitter, congestion, etc. They emulate these network conditions by transparently capturing and processing the data packets.
